Preferred Requirements:

State licensed and board certified physical, occupational, or speech therapist with a minimum of 1-year experience working with the elderly. You must be organized and proficient in all areas of documentation (evaluation, progress notes, service logs), have excellent communication skills, present yourself in an orderly and professional manner and be punctual for all scheduled appointments.
